All times given are the time performance begins. Please allow time to park, set up for the event, tune, and generally be available for the downbeat before the start time. Unless otherwise stated, band members should be available for setup, sound check, and tuning 30 minutes before the stated time.

Bands will rehearse according to the schedule below with occasional exceptions as will show on this page.

The building known locally as the Old Train Depot was the northern end of the passenger trains of the Alaska Railroad until 2005. In that year, the railroad completed and dedicated a new station off the Johansen Expressway. The old depot building is owned by the Fairbanks Daily News Miner, the local newspaper for Fairbanks and central Alaska. The News-Miner generously makes the building available to local non-profit groups, including the Fairbanks Community Band.
